How to cancel a custom domain when it has been longer than the refund period?

    I need to cancel my custom domain due to a trademark issue, but I cannot seem to do that on the My Uppgrades page b/c it is well beyond the refund period. I don’t need a refund I just need to un-register the domain purefoodfanatic. Please help! I tried to cancel the whole bundle, but when I click on the link in the e-mail sent from wordpress to confirm that I want to cancel I get this error ‘An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support’. Again, I don’t need a refund, I just need to unregister the domain purefoodfanatic.
