How to cancel a recurring payment?

    I no longer need to use WordPress. How do I cancel a recurring payment for premium theme?

    Personally, I have only seen recurring payment subscription cancellations accomplished directly through Paypal. If there is another option via this theme, I’d be very interested in those details as well.

    Premium themes are one time payments so this is very strange. To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

    Also provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Hi Gregory,

    Please note that @timethief is correct – premium themes are one time charges and never auto-renewed. Can you please make sure that it is a WordPress.com charge?

    I looked through your account and could not find an upgrade.
