How to cancel an domain and get full refund

  I want to cancel my subscription and get full refund. The problem is that I cant get my money for domain. How I can do to get money back for hosting and domain?

  Hi @mrsiscanumgmailcom, here’s our refund policy:

  Refund a Purchase

  If your domain is too old to be released (yours is) you get to keep the domain, which you can use with another host as you’d like.

  Here’s how to point it to another provider:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  And then after 60 days you can transfer it:

  Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
