There is no way to find this information! Please direct me to where I need to go to cancel my Woocommerce Subscriptions add-on. In fact, I couldn’t find it, or find any way to contact Woocommerce previoiusly, i was automatically charged 199.00 even though I didn’t want or need that add-on anymore!

Hi there,
This forum provides support for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. We cannot help you with WooCommerce billing issues here.
Please contact WooCommerce support from your profile page on WooCommerce.com for help with this:

I’ve tried. but there is no option to do that, it only brings me to my wordpress.com account as they state that this is how woocommerce supports woocommerce now; via your wordpress.com account. When I choose “Manage Purchases” from within the wordpress.com account i can access the invoice, but no options anywhere to change billing or anything like that. I’m literally going to have to cancel my credit card to have them stop charging me. There is literally no way to contact Woocommerce directly. None. But thanks for replying…

You log into your WooCommerce.com account via a WordPress.com account. But support for WooCommerce upgrades is provided by WooCommerce staff on the WooCommerce.com website.
When I choose “Manage Purchases” from within the wordpress.com account i can access the invoice, but no options anywhere to change billing or anything like that.
That’s because you did not purchase the upgrade from us and it cannot be managed from our Purchases page. You purchased it from WooCommerce.com, and it can only be managed from inside your WooCommerce.com profile.
If you go to WooCommerce.com, do you see the text
Log in with WordPress.comat the top? What happens when you click that? When you click that you should be taken to the page at https://woocommerce.com/my-dashboard/, and it should show your profile picture on the right. If that’s not happening, it means your browser is not properly logging you in. In that case, clear your browser cache and cookies, log back into your WordPress.com account, and then log into WooCommerce.com again.

I went into woocommerce via an incognito page on my mac and was able to get into my Woocommerce dashboard. When I choose Order I can see the purchase and invoice for “Woocommerce Subscriptions” but no option to unenroll from autorenew. When i choose “My subscriptions” “Support” or “Billing” it tells me I need to “resend email verification”. When I click that “resend email verification” button it brings me to WordPress.com and tells me to login. When I login to wordpress.com I can see that I purchased “woocommerce subsciptions” and can see the invoice… but it does not give me the option anywhere to make any changes or unenroll from auto renew. Nothing there. If I could send you an image of my screen I would but there is no option here.

Okay. It looks like the problem is that your WordPress.com account has never been activated.
I’m sending you an email. Please reply there so we can manually verify your account. Once that’s done we can forward the ticket to the WooCommerce team to help you with the refund.

Hello,
I got the link to rate the support, which I did and then added a comment and clicked update. Not sure if it went through as the page didn’t change. At the top of the page I did get “activate your account # 2040348) not sure what that means.
Please keep me posted on getting through to Woocommerce support. And thanks for continuing to follow through on this, it’s much appreciated…
Michele

Thank you @bhluepublishing, we’ve activated your account. Are you able to use the Woo contact form now?
http://woocommerce.com/contact-us
If that still does not work, can you reach out through their sales form?
