How to cancel domain and get refund

Hello I have this same problem, I don’t know how to cancel my domain, I got email that says I will get 73 euros back, but I want to cancel the domain too, ananasartbar.com, and get refund all 99 euros. Please help me with this, thank you.

There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
• WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
• The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
• It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Canceling domains
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.If that does not resolve your issue. Provide the following first:
The URL of the domain in question.
The username account that registered the site in question and purchased any upgrades for it.

I tried to follow the instructions, but after I removed the plan I could not cancel the domain anyway, the domain is removed from my site but I didn’t get any notification about the refund. I got the premium plan today and I know I have 2 days time, but it says there is no support before Tuesday and I need to cancel it now to get a refund.
Thank you for your help anyway. Sorry to posted this twice, but another thread was resolved so I thought I could not get help there…

What is the domain URL that you refer to?
What is the username account that registered the site in question and purchased any upgrades for it?
Do you intend to use the domain on another site?

I’ve just refunded the remaining €26 for your domain and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days appear on your statement, although international refunds can take a little longer.
