How to cancel Domain Mapping Annual subscription and refund a money? I do not use the site, I don’t need it, I don’t want to pay anything, I want to cancel my account and I cannot. Who can help me?

Go to your Other Site Payments page and click “Cancel” next to the Payment that you’d like to cancel. Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you won’t be charged again.
Also, can you share the URL of your website so that the team can investigate further?

Thank you for answer, my website is traveltipshacks.com. Im can’t cancel my payment look at a year ago I thought that I canceled all subscriptions, but this year I was charged for mapping, although I did not subscribe to it.

However, instead you initiated a chargeback dispute with your credit card provider: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/
We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with your credit card provider, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.

im can’t to close because “Warning: One or more transactions linked to this site were refunded due to a contested charge. This may have happened because of a chargeback by the credit card holder or a PayPal investigation. Each contested charge carries a fine. To resolve the issue and re-enable posting, please pay for the chargeback fine.” Not understand what is this?

Thanks for getting back in touch and sorry for the trouble. It looks like there was a stuck flag on your account regarding that chargeback that was preventing you from processing your account closure.
I’ve cleared that up and you should be able to delete your account properly now.
