How to cancel domain name charge

    I’d like to actually talk about domain name payment renewals. I just checked martinpion, which I don’t need any more indicates paid for until 2015! I really don’t need that. I’ve probably spent close to an hour trying to resolve this and have gotten to the point where I need your expert help, either by phone or e-mail. I’ve had help in the past on one occasion and that proved the most efficient way to solve the problem. Many thank! Martin Pion

    Hi Martin,

    After looking into your account, I found that the auto-renewal was voided and it did not go through. Would you like the WordPress.com Premium upgrade and domain: martinpion.com removed from martinpioncom.wordpress.com?

    Please note that canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

    You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:
