How to cancel domain when WP is out of office?

  To WordPress: A few minutes ago I purchased a domain that I now need to cancel within your two day limit. However, your Contact Us page is down until Sept. 19th as is your feedback form. These forums are the only means I can find to contact you. How do I go about having a domain canceled while you are on hiatus?

  I have canceled your domain and fully refunded your purchase as requested. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  If you are planning to re-register, the domain itself may also take up to 5 business days to be returned back to the public pool.
