How to cancel my premium plan and get a refund
-
Hi there!
Three days ago my WordPress premium plan has renewed automatically for another year (96 USD). However, I do not actually need it because my website is now hosted somewhere else. I tried to cancel the renewal but couldn´t find any way. In my account, under My Site > Manage Purchases there is nothing, as if I had never purchased anything.
My new host confirmed that I can cancel my WordPress plan without losing my website. How can I do that – and how to request a refund for the plan?
The website I need help with is palmont.org. Thank you!
P.S. The WordPress plan came with a domain name, which I don´t mind renewing as I don´t want to add another layer of difficulty for now.

Update: I have tried to renew my domain name on WordPress.com but when I do that I get a message saying “Domains are not available for this site. You can only purchase domains for sites hosted on WordPress.com at this time.”
So it seems I will have to transfer the domain name, which involves getting the infamous EPP code – but I guess this is a different topic.

Resolved: I couldn´t find anything because I had logged in with an account that wasn´t the same I used to purchase the plan and domain. Once logged in with the correct account, I have found everything I needed.
