How to cancel my site and request a refund

    To cancel your WordPress.com site and request a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your WordPress.com account and go to the My Sites tab.
    2. On the My Sites page, select the blog you want to cancel, then click the Tools tab on the top toolbar.
    3. On the Tools page, scroll down to the Delete your Site option and select it.
    4. On the “Delete Your Site” page, select the checkbox for “I understand this action cannot be undone” and enter your password in the box below it.
    5. Click the “Delete my Site” button and wait for confirmation that your site has been successfully deleted.

    Once your site has been deleted, you can submit a refund request by sending an email to help@wordpress.com. In the email, please provide details including the blog URL, your username, and brief explanation as to why you are requesting a refund. The WordPress.com team will review your refund request and respond accordingly.
