How to cancel my subscription

    How do I cancel my subscription, I do not need word press with my new Web designer

    The site I need help with is thepoppypatch.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    It’s easy. On your Dashboard, navigate to Upgrades > Plans. You should see the plan you’re currently subscribed to displayed. Beside it is a the Manage Plan Button. Click it and on the bottom of the new page, click the Remove WordPress.com Plan option. Click Remove Plan once again on the pop up that appears.

    Hi there,

    What subscription, on what site, do you want to cancel?

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid plans from us, and only owns one site on our free plan, so there’s nothing in this account to cancel.
