How to cancel old domain so that new domain can begin working

  I recently let my old domain expire and do not wish to use that domain. I purchased a new domain but it can’t ‘go live’ until the old domain is officially canceled. When I attempt to cancel the old domain the following message shows: ‘You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. Please contact support.’

  I just want my new domain to be up and fully functioning with no mention of the old domain.

  I just removed that old, expired domain from your site, so your new domain is working with your site now: http://torrescreativework.com/
