How to cancel payment for account I can’t log in to!

I urgently need help. I have another account on WordPress.com that I cannot log into because the email address associated with that account has been deleted. However, WordPress is still charging me annually for hosting. I can’t log in to cancel the payment!! And the customer services site says I can’t talk to a real person at WP about this unless I have a paid account. To be clear – I do have a paid account, but I cannot log in. I really don’t know what to do. I have proof of the payments with payment reference code. Please help.

If you have a paid account you can simply use the Transaction ID to restore access – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery#verify-your-account-ownership
