How to cancel purchase of a wordpress.com plugin as a new user?

Hi,
I have an online woocommerce website on wordpress.org. I purchased a plugin from wordpress.com. I created a free account to purchase and download the plugin.
I tried it on my wordpress.org site and it wasn’t suitable for my purpose.
I want to cancel and get a refund but on the new wordpress.com account I don’t have the option. it says no site is connected. under ‘Manage Purchases’ it shows the plugin I purchased but there is no option to cancel the purchase. I can’t get live support etc as it’s a free account. Please help? -
Hi there — could you clarify? WordPress.com doesn’t sell plugins, but I’m wondering if you meant to refund through WooCommerce.com. If so, could you reach out here?
