    I have already cancelled my business plan, but now I wish to cancel (and hopefully get refund) for purchase of a theme

    I’m sorry things didn’t work out for you.

    If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on Purchasespage. You can always switch to any other Premium theme or one of our other fantastic free themes.

    Hi timglue,

    The Business plan has been refunded and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    There are no premium theme purchases on the account you are logged in to — unlimited premium themes are included in the Business plan at no extra cost. Is there any chance you purchased it using a different account?

    If you let me know, I’ll see what I can find.
