How to cancel & refund automatic domain mapping

Hi there,
I just received a notification for an automatic paypal payment for domain mapping on this site that I manage: sydneyincrediblegardens.com.
I need to:
1. cancel the automation
2. cancel this website
3. request a refundI seem unable to do any of that… I looked everywhere on WP admin and the only ‘manage purchase’ is for my main website (valleysendfarm.net).
Can you help me please?

The domain, sydneyincrediblegardens.com, is registered with WordPress.com, not just mapped here.
I can still cancel and refund that domain for you, but that domain belongs to the other account on your site, sydneyincrediblegardens, and I can only cancel the domain if requested by that username.
Also please confirm that you understand cancelling a domain means giving up ownership of it, so only cancel if you don’t want the domain at all any more. If you want to use it with a different host I can help you transfer it instead.

What are my chances of getting a refund if i decide to move my newly registered domain to another hosting company considering that you guys don’t allow other ads on WordPress other than wordads?

That means you actually pay us for ownership of the domain, and if you cancel it, you will no longer own the domain and anyone else will be able to buy it.
With that clarified, can you please confirm once more? Sorry if I wasn’t clear enough the first time around.

New domains cannot be transferred for the first 60 days after registration. This is a regulation that all registrars have to follow, not just us.
Additionally, transferring a domain does not negate the fact that you bought ownership of the domain from us, something for which we pay the domain registry 48 hours after you register the domain. When you transfer the domain, it should also be renewed at your new registrar for another year, which is why you have to pay them on their end. So you still get the domain for the full term you paid for.

Thank you for confirming. I’ve cancelled and refunded the domain. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
To delete your site completely, please go to My Site ->Settings and select the delete option at the bottom of the screen. Only the owner of a site can delete it.
