How to Cancel Renewal & Make Site Visible

  I am trying to cancel my wordpress website but when I login to wordpress.com/me it says my website is hidden and when I press it to check the settings, it says it is visible. I can’t get passed this screen to the page to access purchases and cancel my domain. How do I cancel my domain and fix this issue?

  Your site http://www.bekagefree.com is not actually hosted by us at WordPress.com. You don’t have any WordPress.com subscriptions connected to your account, so there would be nothing to cancel whether you get past that screen or not

  According to our Site Profiler, the site is hosted by Bluehost. If you want to shut down the site, Bluehost support is who you’ll need to talk to about that.
