How to cancel subscription purchased

    Hi I have been asking how I can cancel and get a refund of my blogger subscription I just recently purchased? I am now blogging on EasyWP. Please get back to me as it’s a waste of money. Thank you! I do love your site though I find it very very easy to use just a tad too expensive

    Hi There,

    I am adding a modlook tag for staff intervention, can help you with immediate resolution.

    You can try below steps from your account to cancel subscription.

    Log in to your WordPress.com account –
    Go to Account -> Manage Purchase
    Right side Window -> Purchase Tab
    select Purchase item -> Click
    ->Details of Purchase -> Cancel subscription

    You can also find refund policy here:

    However, now you can also directly get in connect with WordPress.com billing team by filling this form at wpchrg.wordpress.com .

    I assume you are aware that EasyWP is only cheap for the first 30 days.

    One problem I am seeing is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.

    Could you have had another WordPress.com site aside from kingdomindeddotblog.wordpress.com or a second user account?
