How to Cancel Trial Subscription

    Can you help me cancel a trial subscription before my credit card gets charged? I can’t find a way to do that on my dashboard.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    What do you see here?
    Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades
    Dashboard → Store → Billing History

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

    A co-admin had actually purchased the trial, so I’ve passed this on to her so that she can do the cancelation. Thank you so much for the timely response!

    I followed the directions to cancel my trial subscription but, haven’t received the confirmation email. It’s been 24 hour; so I canceled it again. Still no email; since I didn’t hear back I deleted the site, but I want to confirm that my cancellation was received and that my card will not be charged. I sent my cancellation request within 3 hours or starting my trial. I can tell that this is a bit more difficult than I expected. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
