How to cancel Woo Zapier plugin

    Hi Guys, I can’t find anywhere how to cancel this plugin. I’ve tried logging a ticket and contacting support, but that is a damn maze and no tickets are being issued right now. Any ideas on how to cancel this subscription? Many thanks,T

    You should be able to open a ticket directly with the WooCommerce support team from here: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

    Are you having any trouble doing that?

    Yes, I’ve just tried contacting support and filling in the form several times and I keep getting the same response… ‘System Status Report is invalid or unsupported’ I have no idea if they received my ticket or not. The plugin is up for renewal in a week and I no longer use it. Do you know how to cancel it?

    I just found where I can deactivate the subscription, so I’m hoping that will work? Thanks any way. x

    If you see that, it means you selected the “Help with a plugin” option in the contact form, and that option requires you to include a copy of the WooCommerce System Status Report with your ticket, which provides information the support team can use to troubleshoot issues you’re having with a plugin.

    For help cancelling a subscription you need to use the Account option, as this is a billing/account issue, not a problem with using a specific plugin.

    Still get the same error message going via the account option. I just hope deactivating the plug in and cancelling auto renew will do the trick. It is very annoying that customer service is not available or that easy to contact. Thanks for your assistance any way!

  • Are you still seeing the status report message, even if you select the Account option? Check if clearing your browser cache makes any difference.

    That said, if you’re able to access the My Subscriptions page and have the option to cancel the plugin there, that’s all you need to do, yes. You will be able to continue using the plugin, but you won’t receive future updates to the plugin.
