How to cancel WordPress.com Premium but maintain domain registration?

  I recently purchased the WordPress.com Premium package for a customer, but after further exploration realized that the customer did not need this package right at this moment, so I’m trying to avoid making the customer waste money by canceling this package and then paying only for the domain registration (+ keeping personal info private).

  The domain in question is inthesmallhours.com, currently enabled for the site inthesmallhours.wordpress.com.

  How can I request this refund on the Premium package and pay for the Domain registration individually?

  Hi Leo,

  Sure! I have refunded you $73 for the all the upgrade of Premium except for the domain:

  inthesmallhours.com

  I have removed the upgrades accordingly, and left the domain! Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
