Hi,
Is fleursdecamellie.wordpress.com the site you wish to customise? I can see that Button is activated on that site and the site’s title – “Fleurs de Camellie” – is centred by default.
Let me know if you’re working on a different theme elsewhere or if I’m looking at the wrong part of your site.
Generally, custom CSS is required to make changes to the theme’s default design, such as this one.
