How to Change a Video Thumbnail/ Featured Image?

  Hello,
  Just in the last several months I no longer see the feature to set my video thumbnail/ featured image. Where has this feature gone?
  I have a video blog and sometimes the images/thumbs that arise are terrible. How do I change this and create my own thumbnail?
