How to Change Admin Email

  I am not very techy. When I started my business, my boyfriend at the time created this website and built it for me and used his email as the admin email because he was the one taking care of everything. Our relationship has since ended and now I’m trying to remove him as the admin and have no idea how. I have tried logging into the back end of the website with my login information and have so successfully but then it takes me to a page asking me if I want to update the admin email or keep it the same. I say I want to update it and then it takes me to a screen saying that something has gone wrong with the website and instructions have been sent to the admin email (his email) so I can’t do anything about it. I’ve tried contacting him but he’s ignoring me. What can I do?

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host exploringwithcanines.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
