How to Change Administrator Email Address

    Hello,
    I own and operate the WordPress eCommerce website http://www.mydoctorpick.com.

    Today, I tried to update the Administrator information to the correct info. However, I’m unable to change the Administrator email. When I write in the proper email, it doesn’t ‘stick’ after I save and refresh the page.

    How do I update it?

    Hey there, your site is hosted with a different provider, and we aren’t able to see the admin area. My guess is that you need to click a confirmation link to save the changes, but when you change the email address, your server isn’t sending out that email for some reason. Your host should be able to help with that.
