How to change amount of posts on Main Page

I was wondering how can I fix it to where it only shows like 5 posts on main page ??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The authors have deleted this blog.Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
Then every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
What do you mean by “fix”? What’s broken? You can set the number of posts you want to display on this page > Settings > Reading
Tf your are using Coarline, Pilcrow Twenty Eeleven or Twenty Ten then you can regain control over how many posts appear on the front page of the blog by disabling “infinite scroll”. Yopu go here . Appearance > Widgets and isstall an empty text widget in any footer widget area. Then the option to diable infinite scroll will appear on this page > Settings > Reading where you can disable it and “save changes”.

Oh good. You are using Parament – no infinite scroll on that theme yet. This is easy. :)
