How to change an existing WordPress site to be hosted by WordPress.com

  We are trying to change from an Uber-hosted WordPress site to a WordPress.com-hosted site. How do we do this?

  Thanks, but still have problems. I have a WordPress site (not sure if wordpress.org or wordpress.com) and I want to stop paying lots of money tot Uber for hosting it and change my hosting to WordPress.com. I started following the instructions and exported my website files successfully, but where do I import them, as no point in importing them back to my existing site. Do I need to cancel my Uber hosting and set up another site with WordPress? Do I have to install the WordPress application? How? Lastly, should I use the plug-in Jetpack?
