how to change avatar, blavatar, gravatar?

On the top of the page I see “MY ACCOUNT”. I’m trying to change the picture and I’m not sure why the picture won’t change. I’ve gone through MY PROFILE and General Settings and have followed the directions but it still won’t change. Any ideas?

We can see a raven in a brownish background as both your avatar (by your username here) and your blavatar (by your blog URL in the browser address bar). Is this the picture you want, or is it the picture you want to discard?

Yes- this picture is the one I want. In the blog roll after a new post an diferent pic shows up. Also at the top left corner it says My Account, My Dashboard, New Post, There is a pic next to My Account that hasn’t changed. That was my first pic and I wanted to change it. So It’s showing up here and there but not on everything. Its been sometime now.
