How to change back to the classic editor

I am having trouble converting back to classic editor on my website. I wanted to see if I can get some help with that.

However if you want to switch back to classic editor, instructions for the same are also available in above mentioned link.
When you are at your Post Editor, please click on 3 dots at the upper right corner.
You will get drop down menu, at the end, you can find option as “Switch to Classic Editor”.

I figured out how to change back to classic editor I was using the new editor. But with both I am unable to see how to change my hyperlink colors. Right now in mobile view they show up orange I want to change them to look black. In the desktop and tablet form they show up find the the dark wine color I have.

Changing hyperlink color would need CSS Customization. It is a feature of Premium and Business plan.
If you are using free plan then you can change color palettes and try different combinations which will comprise hyperlinks as well.
Navigate to the Colours & Backgrounds panel of the WordPress.com Customizer
If you are using Premium or Business Plan, you can try below CSS,
