How to change back url address?

Dear Sir or Madam,
when I have started my adventure with WordPress I set up blog’s address cholerycznie.wordpress.com I quickly changed my mine and deleted that blog, when I wasn’t sure if I wanted to run any blog in general (however I kept my username [cholerycznie] and account). Later, once again I decided to set up a blog which I will be running this time however I couldn’t use the address cholerycznie.wordpress.com so I had to decided on another address (much longer and worst to remember jumpjiveandwail.wordpress.com – I guess that was the result of me listening way too much of Brian Setzer’s songs). Anyway after a few months of running blog smoothly I was wondering if I can actually change the address back to cholerycznie.wordpress.com ? I don’t want to really upgrade my account at the moment as I don’t post that often and don’t have that much traffic at my blog, however I’m confused if there is any other way to do so.

You won’t be able to use the deleted site URL. Take a look at this page:

The deleted URL will not become available again. I’m sorry but you cannot recover or register any deleted blog URL. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
