How to change background image and resize photo questions…

    I want to change the background image of my blog to this image of a basketball court i got on my computer is it possible.

    Second question is I uploaded some photos on photobucket and put links but wordpress doesnt automatically resize it to fit into the area of my blog. ill post a link to my blog but it isnt to advertise just to show you what i mean….

    For your first question, the answer is that it’s only possible with the CSS upgrade and a working knowledge of CSS. Try the free preview before you purchase the upgrade, because there is essentially no help for it; you are completely on your own with it.

    For your second question, just go to Edit the post and click on the picture to select it. You’ll see a mountain icon, so click on that and you can play with the size either by changing it to a percentage, like 70%, or under the Advanced tab you can pick a particular pixel width (just delete the contents of the height and WP will automatically keep the aspect ratio correct).
