how to change banner?

  I want to change my banner, I have downloaded a theme and implemented it, how do I change it?

  You have to purchase the upgrade to be able to edit the theme’s css.

  We can’t upload themes on WP.com; we don’t have that kind of access. We can change the look through customizing the CSS, or if you have a custom header image you can change that in Dashboard > Presentation. Not all themes have custom headers, though, so it depends which one you’re using.
