  How do I change my billing information? I need to switch cc on my account but have looked and not been successful in locating where to do this at.

  It looks like auto-renew wasn’t enabled when you made your purchase, so your info wasn’t stored.

  You’ll need to manually renew next time, and then you’ll have an option to enable auto-renew.
