How to change Blog Address

  Hi

  I have been trying to change the address of my blog. However, when I went under settings and changed it, wordpress generated another linked blog. I would like to change the address of the existing blog

  Hi there,

  You can change your blog address by going to My Blogs, and clicking the Change Blog Address link that appears when you hover over the address you want to change:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/

  Note that you have the option to choose your user name to match the new blog address. If you choose this option, you will not be able to revert back to the original username, and it can affect profile URLs for other services such as Gravatar or IntenseDebate.
