how to change blog for multiple users

I have a blog but I want it to be a blog space for multiple users for a face book group I am creating, how do I do this please? thank you.

To add people to our blog, go to ‘Users’, and then ‘Invite New’. You will need to enter in their email address for the invite and also select what user role, or level of access, you want to give to the new person.
