How to change blog name in header

  How do I change the text above the image on my blog from ‘stephenclulow’ to ‘Stephen Clulow’ or ‘Something More Interesting’

  I want to give my blog a more interesting title, and it isn’t obvious how to do that..

  You can change the Blog Title ann/or the optional Tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General
