How to Change Blog Title Font and Size

  I have read the forums and tried a host of CSS code in the Editor to no avail.

  I would like to have the Blog Title – Tahoma and the font – 16

  Change on all blog titles. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
