how to change 'category' color date posted color

I am using the minimalist template and would like to change the color used for the ‘categories’ and the date published. Is this possible. I know I can change the color for the text but what about the ‘categories’ titles?

You can change the color of your links at Appearance -> Theme Options.
If you’d like more control over your theme’s appearance, you may want to check out the Custom Design Upgrade. This allows you to customize your theme, change layout and colors, hide unwanted elements, and more. However, this does require at least some basic experience with CSS and HTML.
