How to change color of entire blog border?

  As you can see if you go see my blog, my custom background is white with some pictures, and my main entire blog area is outlined in white. How do you I change that thin white border to a slighter thicker black color?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m a rookie, but I played with this.

  #inner-wrapper {border-style:solid;
  border-color: #000;
  border-width:5px;}

  Of course you can change the width, etc.
