How to change color of tabs?

I would like to change the colors of the tabs at the top of the page, but I am unable to find how to do it?
I owuld like the to go from green tabs/green letters to blue tabs/white letter.My site is wooffest.wordpress.com

That is only possible if you have the CSS Upgrade.

Note, however, that you will be on your own doing this since there is no official support for CSS. Volunteers in this forum may be able to help, or maybe not.
