How to change color of widget gallery caption repeating title x3
-
My gallery sidebar widget called KLW NFC Photography is showing the title of every image three times when an individual image is clicked on: the first directly under the image in small font is grey, and that’s OK against the black background; the second requires clicking on the “i” icon for more information and shows the title of the image in white in big font further down underneath the image, and that’s OK too, BUT directly underneath the big font is the third time the title is showing and it is in dark purple #7E567F; in tiny font against the black background, which makes it very hard to read. I am aware that I use that purple colour as one of three main colours for the template, so I want to keep it. I just want to change the third iteration of the image title to white or grey in this type of widget. And suggestions?
For example, here: https://thomasnevin.com/#jp-carousel-23684
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

OH no, sorry! I have just worked it out – in the gallery widget on backend, click on an image, click on EDIT IMAGE and DELETE CAPTION – away goes the purple text, leaving two, ALT TEXT and DESCRIPTION boxes filled plus IMAGE URL.
-
Third try: deleting text in the CAPTION box also deletes the title from slider when placed on a page (as distinct from sidebar widget), so I am going back to my first question: how to keep the the title in tiny font in purple but change the color while still putting information in the CAPTION BOX when editing the image?

Finally!
The solution was so easy in the end, it just took commonsense on a desktop
The affected widgets were GALLERIES.
By using right click in browser to “inspect” the image caption, it then showed the code, which I simply changed from purple to red like this in Appearance, Widget, add CSS
From –
.jp-carousel-overlay * {
box-sizing: border-box;
}
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
color: #7E567F;
}-to this:
.jp-carousel-overlay * {
box-sizing: border-box;
}
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
color: #FF6F61;
}Now, I have to go back and fill in the CAPTION box for every Gallery widget where I deleted the caption to get rid of the purple.
