How to change colour of navigation menu and menu text?

  I am trying to change the colour of the menu bar and menu text with the Twenty Ten template. How can I do this?

  Hey there,

  You can customize this color by going to Appearance -> Custom Design -> Color in your blog’s dashboard. Click the black swatch (labeled “Menu”), and select the color you’d prefer.
