How to change colour of tagline

  Hi, I am trying to change the colour of my tagline. My theme is called ‘Apostrophe’, I have tried to change the palette colour but only the title changes, not the tagline. This last one keeps in grey and you can hardly see it with the header image. Can anyone help?
