How to change colour of tagline?
-
Hi, I have been trying to change the colour of my tagline to white for the past hour. I tried adding in codes from online into the additional CSS section but nothing seems to work. My background is dark and the font colour is grey, making it hard to read.
This is the site I am trying to work with : thesingaporeangirl.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
It looks like you’ve built your site with WordPress using the Yugen theme but it is hosted at Bluehost. These forums are for sites built & hosted at WordPress.com. (For more information on the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please see this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ )
You can go to the Yugen theme forum at WordPress.org and ask your question there: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/yugen
Or perhaps look through the CSS documentation at WordPress.org: https://codex.wordpress.org/CSS
Or ask for help in the WP.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/ Make sure you mention in the subject line that you’re looking for CSS help!
To ask your question there, you will need to create an account on WordPress.org.
I hope this helps!

Hi there,
Please try adding the CSS below to the very bottom of the customizer in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.site-branding .site-description { color: #ffffff; }If you need any further help with the Yugen theme on a self-hosted WordPress site, please post your question in the dedicated forum for that theme over at WordPress.org:
https://wordpress.org/support/theme/yugen
The forum you’ve posted this question in only provides support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.
If you’d like to learn more about the differences between WordPress.com (the hosted service) and WordPress.org (the software), please see this guide:
