How to change comments header from [#] thoughts on [post title] to COMMENTS?

  Hello. I’m using the Lovecraft theme by WordPress.com. I’d like to change the comments header from [#] thoughts on [post title] to COMMENTS. I’d also like to make the font smaller. How do I do it?

  Additionally, how do I move the leave a comment box above the existing comments?

  Oh. I was told on the WordPress.org forum to contact the theme developer. The theme developer already told me (after he helped me with some CSS) that I was using the WordPress.com version of his theme, which was developed by Automattic and not him. So I’m hesitant to ask him for more help.

  Anyway, I’ll just leave it like that for now. Thank you.
