How to change Comments header "One thought on…" without CSS?

  I want to change the Comments header “One thought on “” ” to something simple like “Recent Comments” and also make it smaller, but I am not using CSS – I have the free builder. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.

  No, that’s a different header. I’m talking about the one for the already-posted comments. I have seen other forum posts on how to modify this header using CSS but I don’t have that available.
