I am very new to this website building thing, and I cannot figure out how to change our address and phone number on the website. We have moved locations and I need to update it as soon as possible! Thank you for your help in advance.

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
