How to change content of E-mail notifications to followers of my private blog?

    I have a private blog with 50 followers who get an e-mail each time I write a post. This is great, however, the e-mail contains the whole post, therefore my followers don’t need to go to my blog. This is not great! For stats sake, I would like to drive my followers to my blog, so that I can see how many people are actually reading the posting (there’s no guarantee that they read the post in the e-mail). So, is there a way that the e-mail they receive contains only the Title? This would make them curious and motivate them to actually go to the blog itself.
