How to change credit card to pay for upgrades?

    This blog has changed hands and the person who purchased the No Ads and Custom Design upgrades no longer is responsible for this blog. I have upgrades that expire on July 10 but I have no idea how to renew these upgrades. The former blog owner (and the person who originally purchased the upgrades) turned off the automatic renewal option but I still cannot see any way for me to enter my credit card information to renew. All I see is the list of the upgrades we have bought, who bought them, and an active subscription and when they will renew. But not option to renew. Nor a way to enter my credit card info.

    Please help. I need to figure out how to pay for these upgrades so we don’t lose what we already have. I sent this query to support two days ago and have not heard from WP support so I’m trying to see if there are people out there who can help. Thanks.

    Unfortunately, upgrades are the property of the user who purchased them. If the purchasing user contacts us, we can transfer them to your account, but it might be too late for that.

    Instead, just copy and save what’s in the CSS tab of Appearance -> Custom Design in your Dashboard (so you don’t lose it) and re-purchase the two upgrades when they expire.
