How to change credit cards after a staff member leaves

The person who originally set up credit card renewal payments for our site’s services no longer works with the company — thankfully, he was able to forward the messages he receives about renewal. None of the administrator accounts have the ability to make payments on the site.
How do we get this resolved? Thank you.

If the person that left owns the blog they should transfer it to someone that is still with your group – that should also transfer the upgrades
If the person that owns the blog & upgrades has problems with the transfer or does not want to attempt the transfer themselves – – – they can log into this thread and using small clear words ask for very specific things to be moved from a specific account to a new specific account – be very specific and the staff can move the blog and upgrades for you
